Remaining payments (incl. interest)
What does this do?
The total amount of your remaining installments (remaining installments × installment amount). Because it includes interest, it is higher than the remaining principal.
How to do it
- Calculated by multiplying remaining installments (term − paid) by the monthly installment amount.
- For the early payoff or principal balance, see the estimated remaining principal below or current values from your bank.
Why it matters
Shows the total cash you will actually pay over time, which differs from remaining principal.
