Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Keepsail. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all refunds.
Free trial
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. We email you before your trial ends.
14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of:
- your first payment for a Keepsail subscription (the first charge after your free trial), or
- any yearly renewal payment.
No reason is needed.
Monthly renewals
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time, and you will not be charged again. Monthly renewal payments are generally not refunded for the remaining part of a billing period, but if you were charged in error or something went wrong, contact us — we review every request individually and treat you fairly.
Plan changes
If you upgrade, you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. If you believe a plan change was charged incorrectly, contact us and we will put it right.
How to request a refund
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to pay, or
- email us at support@keepsail.com with the email address on your account.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled. Your account becomes read-only, and you can still view and export your data for 90 days as described in our Terms of Service.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
