What is total remaining installments?

What does this do?

The total remaining principal across all open installments on the card, including this month. It differs from future installments because this month's installment is already part of current debt.

How to do it

  1. Future installments: Installments due in future billing cycles (excluded from current debt).
  2. Total remaining installments: Sum of all open installment remaining amounts, including this month.
  3. Banks typically place a hold on the entire installment amount, so available limit at your bank may appear lower.

Why it matters

Allows you to match the installment table balances and understand the full bank credit hold.
